A full refund or the option to change dates* will be given to any bookings which are cancelled at least 30 days before their check in date.
Any bookings which are cancelled within 29 days of their check in date will be subject to a partial refund - The following will be applied:
100% Refund - 30+ Days prior to check in date
75% Refund - 21-29 days prior to check in date
50% Refund - 11-20 days prior to check in date
25% Refund - 10 days or less prior to check in date
If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates for full price then we will offer a full refund - even if the booking was cancelled within one of the partial refund dates listed above.
