We are doing our best to stay up to date with the current guidelines set out by the Government. England is currently in 'Plan B' and all travel and stays are able to go ahead as planned. If you would like more information on the current guidelines then please see here for the governments advice.
We understand that you may have concerns about travelling or booking in advance so hopefully this can put your mind at ease: COVID Safe Bookings Book to stay with us and have piece of mind that should Government restrictions change which prevent your stay from going ahead you will be give a full refund* or the option to change your dates. (excluding 1% Booking Fee) What We're Doing In Response to COVID: Maintain our 'Contactless' Check In/Out System, though we're on call with Masks if you need us. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is standard practice for us at Serenity, however we are taking extra measures and paying close attention to those surfaces which are regularly touched. The WHO (World Health Organisation) currently recommends the removal of all soft furnishings and other unnecessary items. It's these items though that help make our lodge a home, so we've decided to rotate soft furnishings so these can be properly disinfected between guests. However, we have followed guidance and removed our board games, books and travel guide leaflets. If you have any questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to get in touch. |
