Unfortunately we do not offer different prices based on the number of guests staying, all of our prices are based on bookings of up to 8 guests.
Dogs are more than welcome and they stay free.
Bookings require a £100 deposit to be paid upfront. The remaining balance is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
For short notice bookings made within 4 weeks of check in date a £100 deposit is required to be paid upfront. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable date for the remaining balance - Payment should be made as soon as possible.
Peak Times
Peak dates are roughly bookings which fall during the summer, any school holidays and public holidays (Scottish and English).
For Example, this includes February, April (Easter), May & October half terms, Summer holidays and Christmas & New Year.
Conditions
It is a minimum booking of 2 nights - If only one night is required this is charged as a 2 night rate.
No 2 night stays can be booked to check-In on a Tuesday
No Check-Ins or Check-outs are available on a Saturday
