Absolutely loved our stay here. The lodge was so well equipped (more kitchen equipment than we have at home!!) and had everything we could have possibly ever needed. Everything spotlessly clean, smelled lovely and the decor is gorgeous. Beds extremely comfy and a great nights sleep was had by all. Hot tub was fab and the place was so quiet and peaceful. Stayed here with family (including two children under 2 and one dog) and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better, very suitable for families. Would love to return. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful family holiday here a few weeks back and it was absolutely amazing, everything we hoped for and more. The lodge is incredible and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay. Also the lovely family who rented us the lodge were so friendly with great communication all the way through. We were supposed to stay during the first lock down until it was postponed but so glad we made it in the end. Would highly recommend and would love to go back and stay again some time. We had a fantastic stay at Serenity. We love Otterburn, and the weather was great too. The lodge is clean, modern, spacious. The plot is well maintained. We saw a few red squirrels too! Highly recommend a holiday here - we will be returning next year

Just stayed at this superb lodge. It was spacious, clean and had lots of thoughtful finishing touches. The cupboard in the kitchen with a supply of dog blankets, beds and bowls, the robes towels and toiletries, the fresh flowers and welcome hamper on the table. Everything had been thought of. Then their was the large jacuzzi on the decking which was lovely to chill in after a morning dog walk. Definitely will be back.

We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable two nights (24 - 26 May) and are already looking for available dates to go back. The lodge is spacious, well decorated and every need (human or K9) is catered for. On arrival the lodge was spotlessly clean and there were fresh flowers, Prospect, chocolates and other treats waiting which was a lovely touch. To re-iterate, we could not recommend Serenity Lodge highly enough, we will definitely be back. Easiest 5 we have given

Fantastic lodge for the couple of nights we stayed. Very well equipped and very clean. Lovely location and being able to stargaze from the hot tub is great! Easy check in and even a nice welcome basket when we arrived. We hope to come back soon!

We have just had the most PERFECT stay at Serenity lodge! It is definitely like a second home and the little details from our welcome gift, dog towels and beds, to little toiletries, to umbrellas to use, even candles to use outside is just AMAZING. Absolutely gorgeous inside and has the BEST hot tub! I would 10000% book back again! Was absolutely brilliant and sad to be back home! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Serenity Lodge is absolutly beautiful. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, it truly is a home from home. I did not want to leave! It's pet friendly too which is fantastic, i didn't need to bring anything for the dog as it has everything you need there! Did not want to come home. Definitely be returning!

We had a really good time. The lodge was in a quiet location which suited our group. The hot tub was relaxing and was cleaned every morning. The nearest shop was a 20 minute walk. There is a pub on site and the food was enjoyed by us all. The owners are very friendly. We would recommend this lodge and would consider going back for another break in the future.

We got back today after a wonderful 2 night stay for my partners birthday! A lovely way to spend our last couple of days of ‘freedom’! Could not fault anything, the lodge was beautiful! The decor is modern and it truly felt so homely. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make it feel like you are home from home! We were super impressed with everything and even the thought that had gone into ensuring our doggies had everything they needed. It was so clean and the outdoor area with hot tub was amazing and the setting is just simply stunning. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of booking to stay here, you won’t be disappointed! The hamper on arrival was a lovely little surprise! We’ll certainly be back in the future and hopefully we’ll be able to enjoy with more people, thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable

We have just come home from what can only be described as heaven. The lodge is truly beautiful with every room done to such a high standard. It really did feel homely with nice lighting and blankets we chilling out on an evening. Has everything you could want, with little extra like tea/coffee/sugar, and lots of other little bits you usually forget. The hot tub was definitely a added bonus which we used everyday. It’s kept to a high temperature so even though it was cold outside, you definitely didn’t feel it in there. Sat on a night with a glass of bubbly whilst looking at the stars was amazing. Would highly recommend and won’t be long before we are back.

Fab lodge!!!
We have spent last weekend here-highly recommend its a lovely lodge finished to a high standard with a really well equipped kitchen and lots of spare bedding, pillows, towels etc!
Hot tub was a large size for a family.
Lovely setting with a lake and grounds you can explore/walk. Also very clean and well kept.
The bonus was netflix and large tvs in all bedrooms so kids and adults could have their own space.
The owners are very efficient and helpful and quick to respond to my enquiries/questions.
The perfect getaway from city life with a bonus treats hamper with Prosecco and a lovely vase of fresh flowers!

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity Lodge at the start of the school summer hols. The lodge is spotlessly clean, well equipped, luxurious and located in a good spot. The welcome hamper was such a nice touch and the doggy cupboard was fab for anyone taking a dog. The owners are lovely and communication from booking to during our stay was top class. We hope to stay again soon!

we arrived at the lodge and the place was spotless, with a little welcome hamper and some beautiful daffodils awaiting us inside ... we quickly unloaded the car and settled into the place which was very easy as such a comfortable ,cozy place with everything needed to enjoy the stay . We were very pleased it was a clear night and had a nice evening chilling in the hot tub stargazing with our 3 kids .
We didnt venture very far the next day due to the government restrictions but had a walk around the grounds with our dog which was lovely .The lodge itself was beautiful and very well thought out with what guests would need etc .

beds were comfortable and we all slept well .
We really didn't want to leave the lodge and will most definitely be back .

A truly gorgeous , newly built wooden lodge, with all amenities and mod cons you could want for a relaxing time away . The lodge is sparkling clean and well equipped ; dishwasher , washing machine / dryer , hairdryers in every room , superb cooker and large fridge / freezer . Lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds and power shower in both en-suite and main bathroom .
As we stayed with 2 dogs , we appreciated how dog friendly the lodge was ; dog blankets , towels , dog bowls and even spare poop bags in case of emergencies ! So nice to stay somewhere that was so dog friendly and not just ‘dog tolerant ‘
Would definitely recommend and would return if in the are again .

Stayed here for 3 nights! There was 4 of us and 2 dogs! The lodge is amazing! And was left a lovey little hamper on arrival made us feel so welcome!
Amazing rooms, comfy beds, amazing facilities! Loved how they have thought of every little detail if you forgot anything even down to a dog bed,towels and bowls!
Would defiantly recommend this lodge, totally worth the money!

Organised my mother 70th birthday here. She was absolutely blown away with her surprise weekend. I have stayed in a few lodges on this site but Serenity beats them
all hands down. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, tidy and has so many little extra touches . Susan greeted us at the lodge who is lovely and showed us around. We had a lovely gift from Susan and her husband Simon. Prosecco, Coffee, biscuits. Chocolates and vase of flowers. Every room is beautiful decorated and everything you could possibly need is there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone one million percent!!!!!!

We stayed here last weekend and loved it! There was 8 of us and the lodge was really spacious, modern and clean. Beds were really comfortable and both showers were lovely!
They have thought of everything at the lodge from board games, blankets, plastic wine glasses (as well as glass), dishwasher, washing machine, fire, hot tub, hairdryer, toiletries and a massive balcony with big outdoor seating area. Would definitely go back.

just got home from a fantastic weekend brake!!! the people who own the place are so nice and accommodating went out the way to make sure everything is available for your arrival. the cabin is fitted out to a very high standard all mod cons and anything you can think you might need is there it really is top quality. my family can not thank you enough for our stay its been amazing thank you so much we will be staying again. can't recommend enough 5*

Spending New Year’s Eve here was the best! The cabin is in such a nice place and the pictures do it no justice! Me and my friends loved every minute being at this lodge! I cannot wait to be home already! Myself and my group of friends have stayed at the serenity 2 years running now and plan to book again for next year. The lodge is beautiful inside and out, always very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend for group stays
